Besides Sizdah Bedar (the thirteenth day of the spring) and the joyful festivals held in the nature, the people of Qazvin go out on the 9th day of May to pray for rain and greenness. This ceremony is called Panjah Bedar and in the precinct of Mossala inside of the city’s old gardens is delightfully emphasized, so that families gather in groups for praying, thanksgiving and playing. Following lunch and after drinking tea, they go back home at dusk.
